Charles joined the Five Nine Solutions family early 2017 and was able to fast track from the entry level position to now the person who will manager the entire market. HOUSTON, TX - Marketing and brand management firm, Five Nine Solutions has wrapped up their 2nd quarter of 2018 by recently promoting Melvin Williams to Market Manager. Mr. Williams will now be managing the Houston Headquarters side by side with President Ricky Malone. 
 
Mr. Williams is a University of Texas - Austin graduate. He majored in government and minored in sociology. Post-graduation he joined the beverage sales and marketing industry, however, he knew that the growth and potential that he wanted was not going to be found in the corporate world. 
 
“I had reached the corporate ceiling, if I wanted to advance, the person above me would have had to retire,” Williams said. “Honestly, I did not want to spend my life waiting.”
 
Williams joined Five Nine Solutions in early 2017 as an entry level marketing associate, even though he came from an extensive background in the beverage sales and marketing industry, he was determined to succeed.
 
“I decided to take on this opportunity because of the growth of the partners and the clients that we represent,” Williams said. “The rapid advancement is really what sold me, plus I can share the opportunity.” 
 
He quickly worked his way into an account executive position, where he learned to manage all the various departments within the company. He had a talent for creating new ideas that have increased the results, boosted profit and overall ran much more efficiently. This caught President Malone’s eye. From then on, he continuously trained and developed new employees and got promoted to Assistant Market Manager. 

When asked how he was able to advance and change his career so rapidly within the year, Williams said” Because of all of the growth opportunities in the company and in the industry and the decision that I made well over a year ago to focus in my personal development because I realize as I develop personally I will be able to develop professionally and it will defiantly benefit me as well as the people that I work with. “

According to Williams, it was a fun and challenging journey. “My goal is to continuously share the opportunity of entrepreneurship with aspiring people in the Houston area and beyond.”

Five Nine Solutions finalizes the expansion paper for Santiago Sintillo and Jeimy Perez. Both managers have been with Five Nine Solutions for over a year and will be leading the next two office expansions by the end of 2019.

Santiago, 22 comes from a background of real estate, public speaking and sales will be the new Market Manager in Houston, TX for Five Nine Solutions. "We could not have selected a better person to be the face and leader of this new office," said President Ricky Malone.
